Pineapple Smoothie
This pineapple smoothie is a tropical mix of pineapple, banana, pineapple juice and Greek yogurt, all mixed together until rich and smooth. An incredible smoothie for breakfast or bite time!
When I need to feel like I'm on an island get-away, I go after a pineapple smoothie. It's chilly, reviving and possesses a flavor like a tropical blended beverage (without the liquor!).

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 banana cut in half
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
fresh pineapple wedges and mint sprigs for garnish optional
Instructions
Spot the pineapple juice, banana, frozen pineapple and vanilla Greek yogurt in a blender.
Mix until smooth.
Pour 2 glasses. Topping with pineapple wedges and mint sprigs whenever wanted.
