Pineapple and Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 container new or solidified pineapple, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 inch piece crisp ginger, stripped and minced
1/2 glass low-fat plain yogurt
1 glass pineapple juice
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 glass ice (if utilizing crisp pineapple)
Instructions:
Mix pineapple, ginger, yogurt, pineapple juice, cinnamon, and ice (if utilizing crisp pineapple).
